RF and mm-Wave integrated-circuit component and system test and characterization including data-sheet ownership and hands-on customer interaction. Candidates should have a research and/or industry background in RF and mm-Wave system analysis and specification, standards compliance, test and measurements and RF system design.
Responsibilities, skills and qualifications required:
- RF and mm-Wave standards-based component and system test and measurements
- Connectorized and probe-based RF and mm-Wave testing
- Hands-on Test automation and moderate-volume testing using tools such as LabView
- PCB design hands-on experience with proven capability to manage the entire PCB flow from design to delivery of ready to test boards
- Great debugging skills
- Technical customer and supplier interaction is a plus
- Good understanding and/or direct experience with ATE High Volume testing is a plus
- Knowledge of quality assurance (QA), including reliability/ESD and/or experience working with OSATs is a plus
- Senior (MSEE plus 5 years of relevant industry experience) and junior-level (MS in EE or 2 years of relevant industry experience) applicants will be considered
Design of RF and mm-Wave integrated circuits for phased array transceivers at frequencies beyond 20GHz in silicon-based technologies. Candidates should have a research and/or industry background in the design of RF/mm-Wave integrated circuits and knowledge of concepts in RF circuit design and electromagnetics.
